I had to cancel a booking on ipic.com, and it was easy. The cancellation rules were simple to find, so I knew what to do and didn’t have to dig around. The refund didn’t show up right away, and since it took a few days, I was a little unsure at first. I do wish they made the refund timing clearer before you cancel. But in the end, I got my money back without much trouble, so I’d give it 4 stars.

Not a great first impression at all. The food came out cold and was bland, and my drink tasted watered down like it had been sitting there forever. For the price, it really didn’t feel worth it. I left annoyed and still hungry, which is never a good sign.

I had a normal, hassle-free checkout experience. The site felt safe to use, there weren’t any sketchy popups, and my card info seemed to go through without any issues. I’d probably use it again. if they’re asking for feedback, a small discount or credit would be appreciated too.

I paid for the membership thinking it would be worth it, but the perks felt pointless this time around. It used to be better, with benefits that actually made a difference. Now the discounts barely worked half the time, so I’m not really sure what I was paying for...

I really like the movie selection on ipic.com, it just feels like every time I check there’s something I’d actually want to see. They usually have the big new releases, which is great, but then I’ll notice a smaller movie I hadn’t even heard much about and end up getting curious.

It makes choosing a movie kind of easy, which I appreciate because sometimes I just want to browse for a minute and find something that sounds good. I’ve ended up finding a few surprisingly good picks that way, and it never really feels like I’m stuck thinking there’s nothing worth watching.

I got checked in fast, and the staff seemed like they really knew what they were doing. There was a short wait since it was busy, but it wasn’t a big deal. Then suddenly I realized how much I appreciated just having things go smoothly for once.

I had a really good visit to ipic.com, one of the things that stood out was the restroom setup. It sounds like a small thing, but when you’re at the movies, it really isn’t.

The restrooms were easy to find and close enough to the theater that I didn’t feel like I was wandering around forever. I also didn’t have to stop and ask anyone, though when I had checked ahead, support basically said, “you shouldn’t have any trouble finding them,” and they were right.

They were clean when I went too, which I always appreciate. For a place where you’re eating, drinking, and settling in for a movie, little conveniences like that make a difference. 5 stars from me...

It’s definitely on the expensive side, and every time I buy it I’m kind of like, “Do I really need this?” But then I use it and think, okay, yeah, I can see why I keep coming back. Not something I’d splurge on all the time, but every now and then it feels worth it.

The staff were really helpful with getting us sorted for accessible seating, which I appreciated. The only issue was that booking the accessible spots online was a bit confusing, and when I’m already trying to keep costs in check, I don’t love having to spend extra time figuring it all out. Overall, good experience, just wish the process was simpler.

I usually check showtimes here when my friends and I are trying to catch a movie after dinner, and for the most part the options are decent. I just wish there were a few more late showings, because those tend to run out quickly or aren’t available when we’re finally ready to go

Went to IPIC the seats might’ve been my favorite part. They were super roomy and soft, and I wasn’t doing that awkward shifting around every few minutes like I usually do at the movies. I just settled in and actually enjoyed the whole thing. Let’s just say regular theater seats are going to feel a little different now.

I went on a busy night, but the crowd was super chill and it never felt too loud or overwhelming. The seats were comfy, the staff was friendly, and everything just went smoothly. What more do you really need for an easy night out? I’d definitely go again...

The seats were super cozy and the whole place had such a nice, calm atmosphere. Everything about the process was easy and stress-free, which made the experience even better.

The movie itself was actually fine, but the parking situation really started the night off on the wrong foot. We drove around way longer than expected trying to find a spot, and by the time we finally got inside, I was already annoyed. Not sure if it was just a busy night or if other people have had the same experience, but it definitely killed the mood a bit before the movie even started.

I’m sure support got back to me faster than I expected, and they were able to sort out my booking issue without making it complicated. Overall, it was a easy experience, so I’d say I’m happy with it.

It’s super close by, which I love, and the place itself is nice—i’d go back, but the parking was kind of a hassle. Not awful, just annoying enough that I noticed.

I had a good time at iPic overall. The seats were really comfy and the popcorn tasted fresh, which I appreciated. That said, the concession prices felt a little steep, and I got kind of frustrated waiting in line longer than expected just to grab snacks. Still a nice experience, but I’m giving it 4 stars because of the wait and the prices...

The picture looked great and the sound was good too. I kind of expected them to hype up the visuals and quietly let the audio be average, but it actually sounded better than I thought it would.

The seats were mostly clean, so that was fine, but the bathroom definitely needed some attention. I mean, it wasn’t awful or anything… just not quite what I expected for the price. Could’ve been a bit better overall.
